A Festive Finale with Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort
27 December 2023 – Once again, the routine event with Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort was held. This time, the team from Sheraton organized a singing and dancing competition. The children were very enthusiastic to participate. Four teams showcased their talents on stage, displaying their dancing skills. Then, five other children participated in the singing competition. In addition to these two contests, some of the Sheraton team played futsal with the children.
The event was very lively. The children gathered in the hall while the participants in the dancing and singing competitions tried their best to perform. Of the four participating teams, each presented a different dance genre. There were traditional, modern, contemporary, and hip-hop dances. Meanwhile, in the singing competition, some participants performed traditional songs while others chose pop-Melayu tracks.
Ferina, one of the staff of Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort, said, “We are happy to be able to organize lively and enjoyable activities for the children at Peduli Anak. Moreover, this event is the closing activity between Sheraton and Peduli Anak for the year 2023. We hope to be able to organize routine activities with these children again in 2024.”
At the end of the event, the participants received gifts. Regardless of who won the competitions, everyone received the same prize. This was an appreciation from the Sheraton team for the bravery and artistic talent shown by these children. Therefore, we would also like to thank the team from Sheraton who routinely organized various exciting activities throughout the year 2023. We hope that activities like this can continue in the following years.
