Legal Structure

Peduli Anak Foundation (also known as Stichting Peduli Anak) was registered on 9 January 2006 by Notary office van Husssen Weijmans van Puijenbroek in the Netherlands, registered non-profit organisation under registration no. 7185803. Peduli Anak Foundation was granted an ANBI-certificate (2008) from the Dutch Tax Authorities, which means that all donations to the foundation will be tax-deductible for EU citizens. Peduli Anak Foundation is mainly responsible for creating awareness, providing information, fundraising, funding the operations of its partner organization in Indonesia and supervising the correct execution of its mission and vision.

Yayasan Peduli Anak, registered on 04 February 2006 under Notary Akte No 03 by Notary Lalu Sribawa, SH is the Indonesian independent partner organisation of Peduli Anak Foundation in the Netherlands responsible for the operations and execution of the mission and vision of the Foundation. The operations of the Yayasan Peduli Anak are licensed by The Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia under the Permit Registration No. 01/Siop/Sospencapil/2010 and Operational License of the Social Welfare Institution No. 297/REK-LKS/V/2016 and The Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia under the Permit Registration No. 810/1041-Dikdas/Dikpora/2010. In 2015, Yayasan Peduli Anak was awarded a Certificate of Accreditation Ranking: Excellent (A) by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and in 2012 awarded a Certificate of Accreditation Ranking: Excellent (A) by the Ministry of Education and Culture RI No. 124/BAP-SM/LL/XII/2012. In 2010, Peduli Anak received a Certificate of Membership of Social Security Workforce under Certificate No. 1000000021153 for excellent social care for all of its local employees.

Yayasan Peduli Anak meets all national and international legislations, including Child Protection laws and is registered by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Indonesia under registration number: AHU-AH.01.06-0001953
