Family-Like Care

Peduli Anak provides family-like care to hundreds of children from challenging and unstable family environments. We strive to foster the bonds and healthy relationships essential for each child to flourish and reach their full potential. Many of these children are unable to remain at home due to abuse and neglect, and some were previously living on the streets before joining us. Our family-like care provides personalized attention, supporting the development, education, and well-being of each child.

Within our child welfare centers, we manage 26 family-like houses, with 12 new homes currently being constructed at our Sumbawa location. Each house can accommodate up to 12 children, providing a nurturing environment under the care of a dedicated mother figure, simulating a genuine family atmosphere.

We are honored to have achieved the highest accreditation for our child welfare center from the Indonesian government, a testament to the quality and impact of our services.

We rely entirely on donations, and we urgently need child sponsors to give these children the care and opportunities they deserve. Your child sponsorship can profoundly impact a child’s life, helping them break the cycle of neglect and build a brighter future. Together, we can ensure that every child has the chance to thrive and succeed.

Our method guarantees that each child gains the emotional, social, and educational support necessary for success. By running four schools, we ensure access to quality education, enabling our children to reach their academic goals and acquire vital life skills. We stay committed to their development until they complete their education, graduate, and become autonomous young adults. This holistic support system assists children in overcoming past traumas and fosters their growth and development in a secure and nurturing setting.
