3 Dec’16 – NSI Ventures visited Peduli Anak for the first time. NSI Ventures makes investments in early-stage technology companies based in Southeast Asia, among them is Jualo.com, a buying and selling website, which is also founded by Peduli Anak’s Founder, Chaim Fetter.

All 10 members of NSI Ventures Singapore flew to Lombok for the weekend for a company outing and special visit to Peduli Anak.

Shane Chesson, Founder of NSI Ventures, expressed his excitement to finally meet the children in person. He became familiar with Peduli Anak after watching Chaim’s appearance on Kick Andy show. Since then, he felt like he knew the children already.

Hian Goh, Founder of NSI Ventures, added that Peduli Anak’s children are lucky because they will witness their country to become bigger and better. He also shared with children the secret of successful business. “The key to successful business is you have to believe that you can be whatever you want and to be always good to people and they will be good to you too. And that’s the secret of successful business!”

After introducing each other, we continued by playing some fun games. The NSI team and children were combined into groups and they had to work together to win against each other.

During break, some team members socialized with kids through basketball and chess games or just simply teaching each other their native language.

The special visit was closed by having BBQ together. Despite the rain that poured continuously that afternoon, we all had an amazing day. Thank you NSI Ventures for visiting Peduli Anak and sharing your wisdom with our children.
