Help Build an Organic Garden for Child Welfare Center Sumbawa

At the Sumbawa Child Welfare Center, we dream of creating an Organic Garden that can become both a source of nutritious food and a meaningful place for children to learn and grow. Many of them have never experienced the simple joy of watching a small seed turn into a thriving plant. Through this garden, they will have the chance to learn, explore, and feel proud as they watch the plants they care for come to life.

Access to fresh food remains a challenge in many parts of Sumbawa. An organic garden will allow the children to enjoy healthy vegetables and fruits each week while learning about independence, responsibility, and caring for the environment. More than just providing healthy meals, it will create a safe outdoor space where they can develop through positive, hands-on activities.

With your support, we can build a complete garden with planting beds, fertile soil, a drip irrigation system, secure fencing, a greenhouse, and a seedling nursery. A variety of organic vegetables and fruit trees will be planted and tended together with the children through fun and educational activities that help strengthen their confidence and character.
