Siti took part in a cooking activity at House 11 with the foster mothers and other teenagers as part of the preparations for Eid al-Fitr. The house was filled with the aroma of traditional holiday dishes like chicken opor, rendang, ketupat, and sponge cake. Siti enthusiastically helped with various tasks—from stuffing the ketupat, grating coconut, stirring the rendang, to mixing the cake batter. Although it was tiring, she participated with joy because of her passion for cooking and felt proud to learn directly from the foster mothers. For Siti, this activity not only improved her skills but also strengthened the sense of togetherness and happiness in celebrating the holiday.
During the three-day program with students from Green School, Lia actively took part in various fun art activities. Angel is a diligent student at school. She always pays close attention to the lessons taught by her teachers. In addition, Angel is enthusiastic during cooking practice classes. For her, cooking and baking are her favorite activities. That’s why she chose Culinary Arts as her major when enrolling in Vocational High School.
