21 November 2023 – The students of Peduli Anak Middle School recently held elections for the head and deputy of the Student Council. This marks their second year of conducting elections, where two pairs of candidates were presented, similar to the previous year. The first pair consisted of Yuda, accompanied by Rizki, while the second pair was Naya, accompanied by Sita.

In this election, the previous period’s Student Council members of Peduli Anak Middle School served as the committee. They prepared the event meticulously, ensuring that the election, which involved all students of Peduli Anak Middle School, ran smoothly. The atmosphere in the Peduli Anak hall became lively when the election results were announced. Yuda and Rizki were elected as the head and deputy head of the Student Council of Peduli Anak Middle School for the 2023/2024 period.

Yuda, the newly elected head of the Student Council, said, “Rizki and I feel honored to have been chosen by our peers to lead the Student Council. We will strive to do our best and listen attentively to our friends’ aspirations.”

The conduct of such elections serves as a learning medium for the students of Peduli Anak Middle School about democracy.
