Fatma lives with her grandmother in a home that is not fit for proper habitation following her father’s death. Her mother works at a fruit shop and lives separately, which limits her ability to care for Fatma on a daily basis. Due to financial hardship and a lack of essential school supplies, Fatma had to leave school in Grade 3. Support from Peduli Anak would help Fatma return to school, receive proper care, and have the opportunity to build a better future.
