A Visit from Endru and Friends Bringing Joy
Children at Peduli Anak had a special day when Endru and his friends came to visit, bringing along soft toys to share. From the moment the toys were laid out, the atmosphere quickly filled with excitement as the children looked around, eager to choose their favorites.
The day was full of curiosity and joy. Each child carefully picked a toy they liked, turning a simple moment into something meaningful and personal.
Choosing with Excitement
Each child had the chance to choose a toy of their own. It became a joyful moment as they shared their choices with one another, talked about what they liked, and enjoyed the experience together.
You could see their excitement in the way they held onto their toys, as if they had found something they would carry with them in their daily lives.
Learning and Playing Together
In addition to sharing toys, the day also included a simple game where the children introduced themselves in English. They took turns speaking, listened to one another, and built confidence in a relaxed and supportive setting.
As part of the activity, a larger toy was given as a prize to the child who showed the most confidence. Naya was chosen as the winner. She shared her excitement, “I’m really happy to get this toy. I like it so much and I want to take good care of it.”
Activities like this bring more than just joy. They create space for children to try new things, build confidence, and feel encouraged in their learning.
