Twenty years ago, Mr. Fetter, a Dutch convert to Islam, made a life-changing decision. He sold his company and, together with his wife and close friends, founded the Peduli Anak Foundation in Indonesia. His mission was clear: to give a better future to abandoned, orphaned, and underprivileged children.
Today, the first Peduli Anak Child Welfare Center built in Lombok has expanded to Sumbawa Island. There, our team is constructing a fully equipped facility with a school, a clinic, and children’s homes—so that orphaned and abandoned children can have a safe place to grow, learn, and thrive. But we urgently need your help.
Out of the 12 planned children’s homes, one remains unfinished due to lack of sponsorship. Yet these homes are meant to shelter 120 children who have lived with uncertainty, without warmth, and without a place to truly call home.
This unfinished house is more than just bricks and walls—it is hope.
Hope that children in Sumbawa can sleep peacefully, go to school with joy, and dream without fear of tomorrow.
