Midterm Exams at Our Junior High School
This week, it is the turn of the students at Peduli Anak Junior High School to take their midterm exams. After the elementary students completed their exams last week, the atmosphere at the junior high school has now become a little more focused as students review what they have learned over the past few months.
The exams are being carried out in two different formats. Some students are completing their exams on paper, while others are answering their questions using computers. Having both formats gives the students a chance to experience different ways of completing an assessment.
Two Ways of Taking the Exams
For the written exams, students work through their questions on paper, carefully reading each one and using what they have learned in class to complete their answers.
For others, the questions appear on a computer screen and their answers are entered digitally. This gives the students a different experience from a traditional written exam and allows them to use technology as part of their learning.
A Chance to Review What They Have Learned
Midterm exams give students an opportunity to look back at what they have learned so far and see how well they understand the material. Each subject brings its own set of questions and challenges, encouraging students to think carefully and work independently.
The results will also give their teachers a clearer picture of each student’s progress. This helps them identify areas where students are doing well and where they may need additional support in the lessons ahead.
For the students, exam week is not only about grades. It is also part of learning how to prepare, work independently, and approach different challenges with confidence.
We hope this week’s exams will help our students better understand their progress and continue building the skills and confidence they need throughout their education.
