Congratulations, Irsyad! Your Dream Came True
Not every journey toward a dream begins with an easy step.
For Irsyad, his life story is one of courage — the courage to rise, to persevere, and to prove that one’s background does not define one’s future. Today, with great pride, we celebrate his remarkable achievement in earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries (S.Pi.) from University 45 Mataram on October 23, 2025.
From Humble Beginnings to Hope
Irsyad grew up in a modest family with three siblings. Due to limited financial means, he had to drop out of school at a young age.
Yet, his eagerness to learn never faded.
When he joined Peduli Anak, everything began to change. He returned to school, regained his confidence, and started to dream again about building a better future.
A Journey of Dedication and Perseverance
Since becoming part of Peduli Anak, Irsyad has been known for his determination and discipline. He pursued his studies with great enthusiasm — from elementary school all the way to being accepted at University 45 Mataram, majoring in Fisheries.
During his studies, Irsyad demonstrated strong dedication both in the classroom and in field practice. He developed a keen interest in water resource management and environmental sustainability, fields he believes are vital for the future of both people and the planet.
Gratitude to Those Who Supported Him
Irsyad expressed his heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported him throughout his journey.
“Thank you to Peduli Anak, all the counselors, and especially the sponsors and donors. Your support has made it possible for me to stand here today,” he said.
“I want to prove that your help was not in vain. I will keep striving to be someone who can contribute to others.”
Looking Ahead with Confidence
Now, as a graduate in Fisheries, Irsyad is ready to take the next step forward. He hopes to work in the fields of water conservation and community development, while also becoming a role model for the younger children at Peduli Anak.
“I want them to know that no matter how difficult life once was, there’s always a way forward if we don’t give up,” he said confidently.
We at Peduli Anak are incredibly proud of Irsyad’s achievement.
From a child who once nearly lost his chance to go to school, he has now written a new story — one filled with hope, perseverance, and second chances.
