New Tables and Chairs for Peduli Anak Classrooms
At Peduli Anak, we’re always working to create the best possible learning environment for our children. That’s why we’re excited to share that most of our classrooms now have brand-new sets of tables and chairs—giving students a much more comfortable and inspiring space to learn.
This upgrade was made possible through the support of generous donors, including Bigo Live, who in March donated funds specifically to support children’s education. We used Bigo Live’s donation to purchase tables and chairs for two classrooms, while other classrooms were also updated through different funding sources.
A Much-Needed Update
After a couple of months waiting for the furniture production and delivery, the new tables and chairs finally arrived—and the children were thrilled! Gone are the old, wobbly desks and chairs that had served us for many years. Now, students walk into bright, organized classrooms with matching, comfortable furniture that makes learning more enjoyable.
“I like the new chairs!” said Ani, one of our students. “They’re comfortable and the color is so beautiful!”
From the seating arrangement to the classroom atmosphere, everything feels renewed—and it’s already making a difference in how the children engage during lessons.
Why Comfortable Furniture Matters
For many of our children, school at Peduli Anak is the first time they’ve had consistent access to a proper classroom. Having clean, sturdy, and comfortable tables and chairs:
