For some children, living in comfort is just wishful thinking. There are still many of them who have to struggle to live far from comfort and security.
Children in Peduli Anak have experienced this condition. Most of them are required to survive without guidance, attention, and lack of affection.
Azril Al Fahrizi (10) is one of these abandoned children. His parents separated and left him to live with his elderly grandmother. In order to eat, he busks on the street every day. In fact, Azril often sleeps on the side of the road, in a tree, or in a hut on the edge of a rice field. His life was so miserable before he finally joined the foundation.
That’s why Chaim Fetter, a Dutch convert, founded the foundation 17 years ago. He was willing to sell his assets in the Netherlands to help children like Azril. Chaim wants to help more disadvantaged children so that their future is saved.
Not only Azril, but there are more than 200 children under the care of the foundation. They need love, a safe place to live, education, and healthcare so they can live a proper life and fulfill their dreams. However, to make this happen, the foundation needs support from various parties, including you, the donors.
