Enthusiasm in Practicing Walking Skills

Ismail regularly practiced walking to keep his body active and prevent stiffness from sitting in a wheelchair for too long. The practice was always done with support from a caregiver or counselor to keep him safe. Ismail walked slowly for about five to six meters, then returned to his wheelchair to rest. He showed enthusiasm and consistency even though the exercise required great effort. This activity helped maintain Ismail’s flexibility and gradually strengthen his muscles.
