My mother left me. My feet often get sore because no one takes care of me. Sasono (10). Sasono is an only child. His parents divorced when he was a child. Sadly, Sasono's mother neglected him. Now, more and more children come to live at Peduli Anak. Their health care has also increased. Moreover, many children come with health problems such as skin infections, ear infections, and even heart problems. This is our concern so that they can be healthy.
Some children do have health insurance, but many children who have just arrived at the foundation still don't have one. Sometimes, they need emergency treatment in the hospital so they need immediate treatment. We also routinely screen for hepatitis B and HIV for children who have just joined Peduli Anak. The medical personnel in the clinic also provide education about health and first aid to children and the staff regularly.
Our hope is that the clinic is not only open for children in the orphanage but also for the surrounding community. Therefore, your support will help us in realizing this hope. A little help from you can maintain the health of these abandoned orphans.
