The preschool children at Peduli Anak enjoyed a memorable day at Senggigi Beach, where a fun outing became an opportunity to learn beyond the classroom. Building sandcastles, swimming, collecting seashells, and taking a boat ride gave the children exciting new experiences while encouraging them to explore the world around them.

For young children, learning happens best through hands-on experiences. Spending time outdoors allowed them to discover nature in a way that felt natural and enjoyable, encouraging them to observe, explore, and engage with their surroundings through play.

Exploring the World Around Them

The beach offered endless opportunities for discovery. The children felt the sand beneath their feet, watched the waves roll onto the shore, and carefully collected seashells in different shapes and sizes, each one sparking curiosity and conversation.

A short boat ride added another memorable experience to the day. Seeing Senggigi Beach from the water gave the children a new perspective and encouraged them to observe the natural environment in a different way. Every activity became a chance to learn through exploration.

Growing Through Experience

Outdoor activities like these play an important role in early childhood development. By exploring, asking questions, and trying new things, the children develop curiosity, confidence, and a stronger connection with the world around them.

The beach outing reflects Peduli Anak’s approach to early childhood education, where meaningful learning grows from real experiences. Giving children the freedom to explore helps them develop important skills while discovering that learning can be joyful, active, and full of wonder.

Every small discovery, every question, and every new experience contributes to the children’s growth. These moments help build confidence, encourage curiosity, and create meaningful learning that stays with them long after the day has ended.

For young children, the world itself is a classroom. Experiences like this remind us that some of the most valuable lessons begin with a simple opportunity to explore, play, and discover something new.
