Hidan demonstrates a fairly good understanding of calculating the area of squares and rectangles. He is able to complete the calculations correctly when the length and width of the shapes are clearly provided by the teacher. Although he sometimes still feels confused when measuring the dimensions independently, Hidan continues trying to follow each calculation step properly. One activity he completed successfully was calculating the area of the classroom floor using the provided measurement data. This ability reflects positive progress in his understanding of geometric shape concepts.
