Grade 9 Students Take the TKA Exam
On March 6–7, 2026, our Grade 9 students at SMP Peduli Anak took part in the Tes Kemampuan Akademik (TKA). For them, this was more than just an exam. It marked an important step in their journey, shaped by months of learning, effort, and growing hopes for the future.
The TKA is designed to measure students’ academic progress in a standardized way and plays an important role in their transition to the next level of education.
Preparing Through Everyday Learning
The preparation for this exam did not happen overnight. In their daily routines at SMP Peduli Anak, the children have been studying consistently, joining additional learning sessions, and gradually building their understanding of the subjects.
It has not always been easy, but they kept going. With the guidance of their teachers, they learned not only academic material, but also how to stay motivated and keep trying. Over time, their confidence began to grow.
Two Days of Focus and Effort
When the exam days arrived, there was a mix of nervousness and readiness in the air. Over the two days, the students approached each session calmly and with focus.
They worked through the questions carefully, doing their best with what they had learned. It was not about being perfect, but about showing up and giving their best effort.
More Than Just an Exam
For the children, the TKA is not only about results. It is also about learning how to face challenges, manage their nerves, and trust in their own abilities.
Everything they have experienced at SMP Peduli Anak, both inside and outside the classroom, has helped prepare them for this moment and for what comes next in their education.
We see how this journey is shaping not only their knowledge, but also their resilience and courage. Each small step they take today is part of building their future.
