Ramdan used to be a shy boy from a small village with very few opportunities. But everything changed when he joined Peduli Anak . Surrounded by care and guidance, he began to discover his passion, build his confidence, and dream of a better future.

At SMK Negeri 1 Lingsar, Ramdan pursued his studies in Culinary Arts. He worked hard to master the fundamentals of cooking, from food preparation and kitchen hygiene to creating dishes with care and attention to detail. Every moment spent in the school kitchen brought him one step closer to his dream.

From the Classroom to the Kitchen

Today, Ramdan is living that dream. He now works at Kayu Coffee in Gili Trawangan as a Cook Helper. In a lively kitchen filled with the aroma of freshly prepared food, Ramdan plays an important role in helping the team serve delicious meals to guests from around the world. He continues to learn from experienced chefs and strives to improve his skills every day.

“Working in the kitchen makes me happy,” Ramdan said with a proud smile.
“I want to keep learning so that one day I can become a professional chef and make Peduli Anak proud.”

A Heartfelt Thank You

Ramdan is deeply grateful to everyone who has supported him along the way.

“Thank you to all the sponsors, donors, and my Peduli Anak family who have supported me since I was little,” he said warmly.
“Your kindness and encouragement mean so much to me. Without your support, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I’m truly grateful to be part of the Peduli Anak family.”

An Inspiring Journey

Ramdan’s journey is a beautiful reminder that with education, opportunity, and sincere support, no dream is too far to reach. From a humble beginning to now working in the culinary world, he has proven that hard work and perseverance can truly change a life.

Congratulations, Ramdan!
We are so proud of how far you’ve come and inspired by your determination.
Keep dreaming, keep growing, and continue to inspire other children to reach for their future.
