Moments of Reflection on Report Card Day
Report Card Day is always a meaningful moment for the children at Sekolah Peduli Anak. After a full semester of learning, exams, and challenges, the children finally received the results of their hard work in a warm and reflective atmosphere.
Report cards were distributed in each classroom, creating a calm and personal setting. In this space, children received their report cards directly from their homeroom teachers, giving them time to reflect on their progress and the learning journey they experienced throughout the semester.

More Than Just Numbers
A report card is more than a record of academic scores. This moment encouraged children to look back on their learning process, recognize the effort they have made, and understand what can still be improved moving forward.
Different expressions filled the classrooms, from quiet pride and relief to renewed motivation for the next stage of learning. Each child has a unique journey, and every step of that journey is valued as part of their growth.
Support Rooted in Care
During the report card distribution, teachers and mentors offered guidance and encouragement, helping children stay confident and prepared to face future challenges. The report card became a meaningful tool for communication that motivates children to keep learning, take responsibility, and continue growing.
Through this approach, children learn that education is an ongoing process where every effort matters and every form of progress deserves appreciation.

Small Moments That Matter
One meaningful moment came when Ismail quietly showed his report card to his foster mother. Without many words, he shared the results of a semester shaped by effort and persistence.
This simple gesture reflected the responsibility and discipline he has developed throughout his learning journey. More than just grades, his report card tells a story of consistency, effort, and personal growth. The support around him helps build confidence and the belief that small steps can lead to meaningful change.
Building Children’s Confidence
Report Card Day marks the end of one semester and the beginning of another. With the lessons and experiences they have gained, the children move forward with renewed motivation and growing confidence.
Peduli Anak is proud of every child’s journey and progress. Our gratitude goes to all teachers and mentors who continue to accompany and support the children throughout their educational path. Together, we keep nurturing hope and building a better future.
