5 November 2022 – Fifteen of our children joined a painting workshop with tutors from Serunih Art Studio at Peduli Anak. They had been waiting for this opportunity and welcomed the tutor with bright smiles. They also asked many questions about painting even before the activity began.  

In this event, the children learned how to paint with watercolors. They listened to the instructions from tutors attentively. They also painted a picture prepared by the Serunih team. Furthermore, some of them even went beyond and expressed their imagination in their painting.

Since the colors were limited, they did not hesitate to mix several colors, so that they could get the colors they wanted. The Serunih team appreciated the children’s creativity. 

“These children are talented. They have the potential to develop their artistic talent. It is a great experience for us to meet and tutor them,” said Abdul, the co-founder of Serunih Artstudio.

Through this activity, the children had fun and explored their artistic talent. We also hope this collaboration between Peduli Anak and Serunih Art Studio will continue more often in the future.
