6 April 2023 – On this date, the Peduli Anak team organized an iftar event on the road with the street children. The aim of the event was to provide a sense of togetherness to the street children who are often isolated from the rest of society. The event was a way to show them that they are not alone and that there are people who care for them.

The team and volunteers of Peduli Anak prepared delicious iftar meals for the children. The menu included local dishes, sweets, and refreshing drinks. The children were excited to see the colorful spread and eagerly awaited the call to break their fast.

In this event, the children interacted with our team, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. They were happy to break their fast, surrounded by caring people.

“Thank you for the yummy meal. I’m happy to meet many good people,” said Bima, one of the street children.

The Iftar on the Road event was a wonderful way for Peduli Anak to connect with the street children and show them that they are not forgotten. It was a testament to our commitment to serving the community and making a positive impact on the lives of those who need it most.
