1. One-time Donations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

One-time donations are generally non-refundable.<\/p>\n

Exception: If the donor can provide concrete evidence that the donation was made in error or as a result of fraudulent misuse of their credit\/debit card, then a refund can be considered and processed.<\/p>\n

2. Recurring Donations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Recurring donations can be fully refunded upon request by the cardholder. However, please note that the refund request should be made within 30 days of the charge. Refund requests made after the 30-day period may not be eligible for a full refund.<\/p>\n

Sponsors can cancel their recurring donations at any time. To do so, please log in<\/a> to your personal Sponsor Dashboard using your login credentials and follow the necessary steps to cancel your recurring donation.<\/p>\n

3. Refund Request Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n
